15. Do you provide samples before placing a custom order?

Yes.
We strongly recommend testing samples before going to bulk production.

16. What if I need revisions after receiving the sample?

We offer sample revisions (material, fit, color, designs).
Additional revision fees may apply depending on changes.

17. Do you accept returns for bulk orders?

Since orders are custom-produced, returns are generally not accepted,
but we will fix or replace any order with quality issues.
